Just wondering like should we cut arginine using after 4 weeks or 8 weeks or any specific time ?

Stop taking it immediately and use something better like citrulline.

Yes. You consume plenty of arginine daily through whole foods. There is no benefit of oral arginine supplementation.Originally Posted by muratpinar111

Beyond the above comment, citrulline does a better job of increasing blood arginine levels than orally supplemented arginine.Originally Posted by muratpinar111
