Yeah, I will share stuff I find and say what I think about it and I take some hits for it. But I'm not mad and not reveling in some kind of self-righteous ego trip.

If you're around wincel- you don't convince people that your opinion is correct by being insulting and demeaning. You are over 30. You should recognize by now that people have different life experiences and different POV.

I'm glad you didn't end yourself and that you tried therapy. From the outside it seems you still need to put work in there. Probably with a focus on trauma.
