You could put a rope or towel through a gallon water bottle that has a handle and do hammer type curls.
These can be done one and two arm.
You can do one arm curls and resist with the opposite hand/arm.
Have a rope or TRX type straps hooked up to something overhead like a tree or something and do leaning curls.

Might be difficult to rig something up but this park I took my kids to has a coated rope for a rope climb. That thing destroys my biceps.
I got a 60lb. sandbag I mess around with sometimes. Curl it or bring up 1/2 to 3/4 and just walk around the yard with it. The slightly awkward grip is like hammercurls from hell.

Pick something up and curl it. If it's too easy pick something heavier.
Or, chin ups.
Or, you can hang on a bar, diagonally with feet elevated and supported out front, and curl your partial bodyweight.2022 -- Just maintaining and doing the van life

Best is for u to use adjustable dumbbells, but what i did to get bigger arms in general was more pulling workouts like chin ups and pullups, dips, sometimes u can go tot he parks for outdoor gyms and use them. If u eat rice u can use those ricebags to curl for biceps but make sure u use gloves (u can get rope burns)
