If you are dieting to lose weight, what are the foods you eat and how much does it cost you each week.
Maybe I can try it out

Probably $250 a week for both my wife and I on average.
OP, thought you already started a few weeks ago? https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...hp?t=179510323All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

About $150-180 per week for myself regardless of gaining or losing, probably more lately since I got a dehydrator and make a lot of jerky, 3-5 pounds of meat extra being bought per week.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

This is all I spend to eat for just myself too. I have a family of 5 so the actual bill is much higher, but I get food for just me because the kids don't eat like I do.
Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chicken breast tenderloins, 50 cal high fiber tortilla wraps, potatoes, canned salmon, eggs, salad mixes and a few fresh veggies is pretty much all I eat. It's cheap. Salmon is the most expensive, but I pick it over tuna to avoid the mercury and get those omega 3s.
