    Whole foods and I don't mean the store. Things like chicken breast, lean beef, fatty fish, nuts, swiss and mozzarella cheese. Beans rice oatmeal, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, egg whites, eggs. ~$200-$300/month probably. Never calculated it. I should.

    $30 extra for eating out or fun things for the kids

    When I didn’t budget it was about $200 - $300 a week for a family of 3 (wings and steak)

    About $150-180 per week for myself regardless of gaining or losing, probably more lately since I got a dehydrator and make a lot of jerky, 3-5 pounds of meat extra being bought per week.

    Coffee, I eat lunch out, I’m vegetarian. I buy expensive yogurt, berries, meat substitutes, idk I mean generally lunch is 15 dollars with tip and this doesn’t include what I’m paying my secretary to go pick it up lol also we have 3 teen age boys and my hubby eats a lot

    This is all I spend to eat for just myself too. I have a family of 5 so the actual bill is much higher, but I get food for just me because the kids don't eat like I do.

    Cottage cheese, greek yogurt, chicken breast tenderloins, 50 cal high fiber tortilla wraps, potatoes, canned salmon, eggs, salad mixes and a few fresh veggies is pretty much all I eat. It's cheap. Salmon is the most expensive, but I pick it over tuna to avoid the mercury and get those omega 3s.
