I’ve been chasing this one for awhile and finally hit it tonight. Not the cleanest press but it went up. With a 270lb bench around the corner, a 315lb current squat and a 455lb current deadlift I think I’ll die a happy man.

Scapular stability has always been a problem for me. I have been working with bands for awhile now and performing static hold exercises to get my rhomboids and lower traps to fire in unison. I have gone through my whole life with poor shoulder mechanics. Now that things are firing better it’s a good feeling to get all that weight above me head and feel everything tight and muscles that never got used much doing what they are supposed to me doing. BTW how h e you been man? I haven’t seen you post in awhile.

I am good man, I stay mostly in the OV35 Misc and I post there a lot. I am slowly coming back to working out as I lost a lot of size due to some personal stuff and now a stupid L4/L5 bulging disk slowed me down on my training but I am slowly starting to squat, deadlift, OHP and BOR again.
