Hi everybody. I'm looking to change my supplement routine. Currently I take GNC Mega men daily vitamins, 20 MG Zinc Oxide, and 80 MG Magnesium Citrate and Oxide.
I'm looking to improve my supplement routine. For example, swapping out the Zinc Oxide for Zinc Picolinate BC of its faster absorption. Any recommendations? I'm looking for overall health, energy during the day, testosterone balance, and good restful sleep. Thanks

It's fine. It won't have any impact on Test levels unless you're deficient, and even still not likely.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
