    multivitamin for "women"

so there is this multivitamin on my protein that is for "women" however it has a very good price and seems to have a lot of vitamins and minerals, so what's the difference why do they call it for women? is it perhaps because it has too much iron for men? (women lose a lot of iron on their period)?

i'm gonna post the list of ingredients, is this safe to take for a man?

    Vitamin D 5 μg 100%

    Vitamin E 32 mg 267%

    Vitamin K 13 μg 170%

    Vitamin C 40 mg 50%

    Thiamine 6.3 mg 573%

    Riboflavin 6.3 mg 450%

    Niacin 12.5 mg 78%

    Vitamin B6 6.3 mg 450%

    Folic acid 200 μg 100%

    Vitamin B12 260 μg 10 400%

    Biotin 75 μg 150%

    Pantothenic Acid 25 mg 417%

    Calcium 175 mg 22%

    Iron 7 mg 50%

    Zinc 7.5 mg 75%

    Copper 0.25 mg 25%

    Selenium 50 μg 91%

    Chromium 48 µg 120%

    Per Portion

    Korean Ginseng Extract 1 g

    Grape Seed Extract 312 mg

    Royal Jelly 38.25 mg

    Alpha-lipoic acid 12.75 mg

    Citrus Bioflavonoids 12.5 mg

    Choline 12.5 mg

    Bromelain 6.25 mg

    Inositol 6.25 mg

    Lipase 6.25 mg

    Papain 6.25 mg

    Beta Carotene 1.5 mg

    Co-Enzyme Q10 1.25 mg

    Amylase 1.25 mg

    Lutein

i'm looking to boost testosterone naturally, so i wanna have a more complete diet and help by supplementing, mainly vitamin D and zinc because they can increase testosterone

That's usually the major difference between mens' and womens' multis. The iron.

Your idea is fine and all, but keep your expectations in line with reality. The improvement likely won't be huge if you're having tests done. Ensuring you're getting enough fat in your diet will also help with your goal. .5g per lb of bodyweight is what you should shoot for.

Might want to look at other options.

thing is, there are no options other than roids... beta-alanine, zinc, vitamin d, hmb, they all don't have enough research to prove their effectiveness....

You might want to look at other multi options. Again, outside of things that can't be talked about on these boards, nothing is going to make a difference in T levels of any appreciable value unless you are deficient. Some of those things you mentioned, don't even have a huge effect, if any, on testosterone. HMB is straight worthless.

OP have you got any bloodwork done to see if you even have low test? As noted unless deficient in something you won't see much of a difference at all. Even if deficient you might not even notice a difference. If you have medically low test then the MD can prescribe things to fix it, those things aren't up for discussion here but they're also the only things likely to make a difference.

I had to break it to you but its highly unlikely anything you can take legally is going to change that. It should also be of note that even if you did move from average to slightly above average, you wouldn't see much of a difference at all, if any. I have a feeling the things you expect to happen in the high range of normal aren't realistic and don't happen unless you hit supraphysiological levels. Only way that's happening is with assistance that can't be discussed here.

This. You're making a mountain out of a mole hill OP. You're right where you're supposed to be. Focus more on your nutrition (macros and caloric goals) and training depending on your goals.

Worrying about minutia is just going to waste your time.
