    Exclamation Collagen protein and greens supp useful? (Reps)

    Not sure if collagen helps with hair as it mentions it in the box in taking the vital brand

    For greens I don’t eat any veggies at all so should I just take it in powder?

    collagen no, price to reward ratio is too small. Collagen can help with tendon health slightly but thats about all thats actually been proven. And its still so small its barely noticeable unless you lift every single day and ride the fine line of tendonitis and not.

    get amazing grass greens, quality probiotics plus spirulina and chlorella which are great anti aging ingredients, also really expensive on their own.

    Well I have bad shoulder pain and back so shouldn’t I take collagen

    You need to eat greens. Try blending them into a smoothie or something like that. Collagen is subpar. For joint pain, stiff like cissus (takes a month or so), Boswellia or BCM-95 are far superior.

    Collagen is a worthless supplement, it gets processed by your body just like any other protein into amino acids which are then used by your body just like the protein from chicken or whey - it has no special effects on your skin or hair. Collagen has the additional downside of having a very limited set of amino acids, unlike meat sources which are complete proteins (have all the amino acids you need), so if you use collagen as a major source of your protein you will be deficient in certain amino acids.

    It helps with systemic inflammation. Doesn’t work in a week. Make sure you are getting a minimum of 300mg of the actual active.

    no, and no. If you have shoulder pain, then the best you can do is active physical modifications to alleviate it. Take time off if you need to, work on form, do more pulling exercises. Wearing a shoulder brace while doing regular everyday things that require shoulder work has helped me as well, if anything to just be more mindful of the injury and not do anything to aggravate it. Supplements will not be a magic bullet and will probably be a drop of piss in the ocean in terms of alleviating pain.

    Squat: 460x1
    Bench: 400x1
    Deadlift: 575x1
    OHP: 250x2
    Weight: 180 lbs.

    Don't have heroes; look up to no one. Because as long as someone's leading the way, the best you'll ever be is second.

    It’s been 3 years shoulder pain has not gone away

    Pain only happens when I raise my shoulder laterally front and side other than that daily habits don’t cause pain maybe sleeping on it does but I’m trying not to do that

    I do test the pain a lot tho by raising my arm to see if the pain is still there

    I’m still scared of bpc 157 as no lo term research

    Ya I went to the free evaluation. I just don’t know man these guys always say they can help me I pay them and pain is still not gone away

    EAA = Essential Amino Acids. They’re the AA’s in your diet that your body cannot synthesize on its own.

    MSM is a cheap joint and skin supplement.
