    Red face Should you track spices and herbs?

    Was wondering... do you guys track spices and herbs? Like would you track some chicken seasoning, black pepper, granulated garlic, etc? It's a bit ugh sometimes as certain herbs/spices or blends do not have the macros/calories on them, so I end up not buying/using them :-/

    They don't have macros and calories on them because there are almost no calories in them to be counted (or not enough to worry about anyways, especially in a single serving size).
    All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

    Do you enjoy them? Tbh spices and herbs are pretty much negligible unless someone else can prove me wrong. If you enjoy them then I wouldn’t use the lack of macros micros on the label to deter me from cooking with them.
