So I've been suffering from pain in my right wrist for the last few months, on the ulnar side. All my symptoms point to tendinitis. I think the injury has resulted from working out too much and playing badminton. The pain is mostly a very dull ache where my palm meets the ulnar side of the wrist.
But, when I try to lift some weight (even light weights) or grip something, then it begins to hurt. An orthopedic I spoke to gave me some basic exercises to do, but they haven't really helped. On top of that, I've found that wearing a wrist brace actually makes the injury area more stiff. What should I do?
Also for some reason my profile says I'm 51 but I'm actually 18 lol
