Young, Tebow, Newton, Watson. No particular order. 5a/b would be Burrow / Leinart.
The others carried not necessarily stacked teams to national championships. Burrow and Leinart did great things but their teams were also stacked.
Just going off like I said post 2000ish, before that I wasn't so young I can't really say who had bigger impacts on the game and was better."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

Hmm...let me see. This is in no particular order. I did not consider anyone who did not win a national championship-we play to win the game, after all. Also had to be a multi-year starter.
1) Tim Tebow
2) Vince Young
3) Charlie Ward
4)Matt Leinart
5) Joe Burrow-This was the toughest one, believe it or not. Only one great year but it was the greatest year of all time.

I put Tim Tebow at #1. He was incredible to watch in college. I think everyone else had good suggestions on here as well. Hesitant putting Burrow on the list due to only 1 season of success, but like poster above me said, it was the greatest CFB QB season in history. I don't think you can keep Burrow out of the top 5 due to that. You can say the same for Cam. He was second fiddle to Tebow and transferred. Who knows what kind of stats he'd have if he started 3-4 seasons.

OPs list is absolutely terrible.
Literally just listed every mobile QB he could think of and called it a day.
1. Marcus Mariota
2. Matt Leinert
3. Sam Bradford
4. DeShaun Watson
5. Cam Newton
You could argue against the Newton pick since it was only 1 season. I can see dropping him out for that reason. The other 4 it’s not up for discussion
/thread"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Newton was just so dominant though it's really hard to argue against him.
I would argue against Bradford though. He was one of those almost Luck type prospects, but he lost both the bowl games he went to (I think, if I remember correctly) and didn't exactly play well in them. Sure, he was super dominant overall, but to be one of the most dominant EVER, I think you have to at least win a NC with your team."If in my say 80 years on earth I do more help than damage, then I feel complete."

Based on a combo of ability and resume. From what I've seen of him Burrow is a slam dunk, had basically the best year possible, and IMO he will be a top 5 QB in the NFL in a couple years (assuming Cincy doesn't ruin him). Tebow is lower because of his limited passing ability.
Definitely considered putting Watson at #1. Balled out for three years and put up absolutely stunning performances in back to back CFP championship games.
