Hi Guys,
I've done StrongLifts for a year - definitely got strong, but feel like I can't make any more progress now. Weights too heavy. Also feel like the reps and exercise range is too small.
What I love about Stronglifts is the convenience - the app tells me exactly how many reps, sets to do, what exercises and what days.
Is there any other app like this out there? If not, what is a clean simple plan to follow?
I have a home gym - squat cage, barbell, ezycurl, bench, basic pulleys (but only 10kg adjustable dumbbells)
Aim is to be lean (natural body tendency is to be skinny fat).
There are so many programs everywhere I am too confused. I literally created this account just to ask this 1 question. Look forward to your advice!
Thanks

Can't recommend a mobile app
But Average to Savage 2.0(stronger by science)
All the barbell medicine programs
And brazzos Valley barbell free program
All have excellent spreadsheets.
Rts templates automatically upload to their Web based app as well as coming in pdf format. And all the programming from them is always top tier.5 day full body crew

I couldn't imagine a year grinding strong lifts...
That's some mind numbing monotony.
As the boys above said! There are many spread sheet based setups available. Just depends what you really want.
Best best is Google 'lift vault'.. They have a LOT of spreadsheet based stuff on the from many different placesFMH crew - Couch.
'pick a program from the stickies' = biggest cop out post.
