A bit nervous posting here after seeing everyone's amazing transformations but here goes.
Used to be skinny fat, had a slow start at the gym but finally got going a year in. Went from 80kg(176lbs) down to 65kg(143lbs). I'm now sitting at around 68kg.
Where to go from here? Thinking a slow bulk?
I'm 30, 179cm(5'10), 68kg(150lbs).

Wouldn't have even said fat before, just not much muscle, though you improved a lot. Definitely room to grow now if that is your goal, 150 is pretty light for your height.
