What's up guys, 18 yr. old from NJ here.
Curious as to the effects of creatine so far as well as if I should stop taking it?
As of recently been taking 10-15g twice per week along with some T-Boosting supplement (Myogrow from Metabolic Nutrition)
Hairline is somewhat thinning but no loss yet, curious if I should stop before things get bad
Been doing this for about 2 years now.

Creatine is a relatively safe supplement to use. One of the only ones you really need besides probably a whey protein to help reach your daily protein intake goals.
The thing about creatine is you want to do it consistently , something like 5g a day works well, or even 1g a day. However, some people believe that you need to cycle off and on as you may be telling your body "i have a steady supply of creatine coming in, make the necessary changes you need" which may end up affecting how your body utilizes dietary creatine or how it stores creatine , etc.
But luckily Creatine is not a new supplement and there is a lot of research on it. Rarely do people have side effects with creatine. So don't worry. Just take around 1-5 grams a day for as long as you want and if you must, go off of it . ie: cycle on and off, 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off or whatever you may need.
However, there are people, including myself in the past who has taken 5 grams a day for up to a year.. No side effects besides you will retain more water in your muscles, thus making you look a bit more buff than you actually are.
I hope this helps."The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."
