One of my good friends was down and out for like 3 days after getting stuck. I'm still holding out and letting others go on ahead of me.
Went and got my left knee xrayed after I've noticed some pain over a long period of time. Would sometimes hurt and sometimes wouldn't. Was told it was "mild joint disease" which I think is arthritis? Going to see a specialist in a couple weeks. Not something I was expecting at 31 tbh.Being anti-2nd Amendment is like saying "We have too many rights, please take some away!"

This was the first part of my deload cycle, and I still ended up aggravating my old quadratus lumborum injury. About an hour after slow tempo pause squats, and slow tempo pause glute bridges, I felt my QL start to spasm and I knew I was screwed.
I'll do two weeks of a desensitization phase where my weekly volume will be kept very low at maintenance while I rehab my lower back. Hopefully I'll be ready to continue after that.► Intermediate Bodybuilding Classic Physique ► Renaissance Periodization Programming
