High bar:
8 x 20kg = 160kg
5 x 40kg = 200kg
2 x 60kg = 120kg
1 x 70kg
6 x 70kg
6 x 70kg = 1050kg
6 x 67.5kg = 405kg
6 x 65kg = 390kg
160 + 200 + 120 + 1050 + 405 + 390 = 2325kg (5126lb)
Front squat:
8 x 20kg = 160 kg
4 x 40kg = 160kg
2 x 57.5kg = 115kg
6 x 57.5kg = 345kg
6 x 55kg = 330kg
8 x 52.5kg = 420kg
160 + 160 + 115 + 345 + 330 + 420 = 1530kg (3373lb)
5126 + 3373 = 8499lb

Sorry I am late to the party and only have scraps to offer
6 weeks ago 12th April, my gym re-opened and I started again 5*5 3 times a week, starting on completely empty bar and adding a 1.25kg each side (i.e. 5lb increase each session), mostly high bar (to parallel and I check that by filming from side now and again). As a result my total isn't big numbers. When I have 1/2 lb (due to working in kg and factor by 2.2) as I do today, I'll round down 1/2 the time and round up 1/2 the time.
+ 40,837.5 = 1,175,931
Edit: hmm... not tracked warmups and never really do, although I do a reasonable amount, I'll consult the rules at start of thread and see if I should start recording them and adding to totalsLast edited by OldFartTom; 05-18-2021 at 04:20 AM.

High bar:
8 x 20kg = 160kg
5 x 30kg = 150kg
3 x 50kg = 150kg
2 x 72.5kg
5 x 72.5kg
5 x 72.5kg
5 x 72.5kg
5 x 72.5kg = 1595kg
160 + 150 + 150 + 1595 = 2055kg
8 x 20kg = 160kg
4 x 40kg = 160kg
2 x 60kg
7 x 60kg
7 x 60kg
7 x 60kg = 1380kg
160 + 160 + 1380 = 1700kg
2055 + 1700 = 3755kg (8279lb)

During lockdown I read my spreadsheets, notes logs etc going back a few years I noticed a vague pattern, not enough that I noticed at the time but looking at the XLSs I could see it. I would train increasingly hard (sometimes in terms of weight or sometimes in terms of tonnage) and then something would happen, like a note to say weird knee pain so didn't do some lift or felt a bit ill and tired, or minor injury or something, nothing exactly the same but something... and it happened about 6-9 weeks into to big drive to improve something and enough to mess up progress. Despite reading stuff like Jim Wendler saying deload *before* you need it - take a small hit now to avoid being derailed later, or Jonny Candito and his 5 weeks and then deload (or taper) cycle, I was thinking what a great idea it was --> but not doing it.
So... since the gyms re-opened here I am on the first day of my 7th week, despite the fact that numbers are small as building up again... I am taking a planned de-load (about 10%) this week and will work back up again starting next week. Prevention is better than cure. It should be done on week 6 really not week 7, but I just couldn't bring my self to do it then as only just back in gym
Slightly smaller contribution due to the above
