I've been looking around everwhere for a trainer. Even in the gym I sometimes find myself looking around for help. Would be huge to have help. Thank you to everyone who's on here

Choose the right trainer for yourself and your goal
I have tons of free content on my youtube channel. You can also reach out to me on my social media platforms such as here or other social media. There are tons of trainers but you have to choose what makes sense for yourself either an online or in person coach. Some people aren't self motivated enough and thats where a trainer or coach is a good option. Most trainers are good, just know that a good trainer should be able to help you see visual progress within 4-8 weeks; if not sooner. This is goal dependent of course

Who owns or runs your gym?
They may be able to help you find a trainer or coach.
Nothing more valuable than hands on training so you have live feed back on what your doing.
The next best thing are videos but as i mentioned above you don't get feed back and know if your doing it exactly as shown.
Good luck.
