Last year I was around 5'-9" and weighed close to 230 lbs. The easiest thing I did was called intermate fasting. What you do is you stop eating right after dinner loses the night snacks, so say your done dinner at 6 pm. Then you wouldn't eat until 10-11 o'clock the next morning. This allows around 16 hours for your body to get rid of and bad things in your body and lose FAT. you have to be very careful though because if you overdo it you will become very unhealthy and start to lose muscle weight which is the weight we are not trying to lose. One year later I am 6ft 175lbs and I've never looked/ felt so good in my life!
