Just wondering if this is good progress for being natty. Let me know opinions, and also looking for a good PPL routine. I've been doing a 3 day full body routine since I started, so I'm going to amp up to 6 days PPL. Hoping to get a better chest. Be gentle with me, I don't post on forums very much but will hopefully be more active on here!
