Okay, so IMAGINE this, but in Midnight Cherry...
C4 Energy on the go is ideal. A 16-oz can with 200mg of caffeine, some beta-alanine to make you feel all nice and tingly, and the combo of the other active ingredients to help boost some endurance and overall performance.
I was lucky to win a promo to try some cans of C4 on the go. I have tried both pre-workout, and as a midday energy boost, just to see if there was a difference outside of the gym. I am the type of person who realistically will take a caffeine beverage with no intentions of working out sometimes. I know I can't be the only one like this, so you are all welcome!
In terms of taste, the "Midnight Cherry" is a little sweet, but with the carbonation it is a refreshing flavor. The caffeine and BA tingles kick in pretty quick, so I wouldn't suggest drinking more than 15-20 minutes before your workout.
I did a leg day workout with C4 running rampant through the system. I had plenty of time to workout, and I completely destroyed it. Pushed the weight with ease, and hit a heavier squat (relative to my post-covid quarantine numbers) with some more fuel in the tank. I was thrilled about that.
C4 is no joke in this can. It isn't the C4 of old, where you would be worried about the first squat you would be doing in the bathroom. They mastered the formula and I'm on board. I can see the haters now-- "But its just a few ingredients, they didn't do too much!!!". There is beauty in simplicity my friends. As someone who has tried more caffeinated products that I am willing to admit, 'C4 Energy on the Go' ranks quite well. It doesn't have you crash or feel like you took meth like the hyper-caffinated preworkout powders or RTD products of old.
Solid 9/10. Would easily gravitate to when I need a bit of quick workout energy!
