I wish I hadn't see this and went and read the comments. Fukn scum of the earth people in that thread. I have a 2.5 year old and can't imagine my wife telling me she wished she'd aborted him. I'd be done that instant, kick her out of the house and never speak to her again. The kid is probably bad because he gets no affection from his mother. What a horrible way to grow up knowing your mother, the one person on earth who should have your back and love you unconditionally, hates you

Most of the time Reddit and Misc provide complete opposite ends of the spectrum answers lol.
This woman is absolutely insane. I can't imagine you'd marry someone without having approached the question of "Do you want kids?" Hell I dated a girl for 3 months and she was like "I will never have a child" so I stopped her there, told her it wouldn't work out because that's a deal breaker for me, and we ended it. What would you say if he asked her and her reply was like "Yeah I'd consider it" and then when it happened she was like "Fukk no" because it sounds like she made this decision long before she got pregnant. Also wouldn't you be on birth control? Using a condom if you definitely didn't want kids? The husband sounds like the kind of guy every single girl on the planet would want.
I just don't see how this wouldn't have been discussed before hands. If I had to guess, they definitely talked about it, and she likely said she would do it because she was afraid that her husband wouldn't of married her unless she wanted kids. Then when faced with the situation, she kept going along with it. At no point did he force herself upon her or that he would leave her if she didn't keep it. But she made a decision and now she has to live with it.*Mechanical Engineering Crew*

"Because the thing about repairing, maintaining, and cleaning is it’s not an adventure. There’s no way to do it so wrong you might die. It’s just work. And the bottom line is, some people are okay going to work, and some people … well, some people would rather die. Each of us gets to choose.”

Fuaaaaark. This hits home. My mom gave up being a mother when I was about 2 ded srs.
Eventually she went on to have more kids with another man and became successful in her career. My dad raised me single handedly and I grew up in poverty. Later in life she has tried repairing our relationship, blamed her past on postpartum depression (which is BS IMO) but to this day she’s flaky and unreliable af. It sucks brahs. I’m sure this dumb bitch will inflict the same trauma on her son.
So this kunt deserves the fuking worst. Hope she rots.

This isn't it since she only talks about how much she loves her husband and how awesome he is. More likely is that she's just incredibly selfish and only had the kid to keep her husband around. This is some type of mental illness. I've known some of the most self centered sloots in existence who claimed they never wanted kids, hated kids, etc and when they accidentally got knocked up ended actually loving their kids once they had them

Truth. My father ignored me my whole life and it still resonates with me at the age of 45. Haven't said a word to him in over four years once he started ignoring his own grandchildren as well. First time he came to visit them he brought a book to read and literally did nothing with them.
Some people should never have been parents but society told them they should have been and all it did was mess their kids up. The woman in the OP would be better off just giving her husband an out and letting her kid see a man happy with a woman who actually wants to be a parent.

Women without 'strong mothering instincts' are genetic failures.
It's one thing to say you don't want children, but completely different to actually be resentful towards your own kid. One of my sisters doesn't want kids but is still very good with kids. Women like the one in the reddit post should just die.

She sounds like a dead beat, how about you get off your ass and assume some responsibility for your BIOLOGICAL child. WTF strong sloot
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
