I started with the anabolic diet and it's amazing. You really don't get the feeling being dieting it's great. I already lost 50kg and this diet helpd me find the love for the kitchen and fitness. I am really happy, now I want to create some gains and I'm thinking of posting also more fitness content on my Instagram. Do you guys think I should also create an youtube channel to show my fat lose journey? I also plan now to get to 15% body fat,[don't advertise your channel here]
