Speaking common sense I have never been creeped out over someone being ugly. Now the other things I mentioned yes, depends on location time and place. If I'm not attracted to someone I just ignore it not bothered, especially when others are around I smile and say hello and keep moving. So no one is creeped out, I'd say the correct word to use would be disgusted. Creeped out is an entirely different feeling.
