Hey.. I was planning to add greens supplement to my stack, what do you think? is it that matters?
Wondering what are you health stacks year around.
Here is mine:
1. Now - Adam multivitamin
2. curcumin
3. sustained release vitamin c
4. vitamin d3
5. coq10
6. Fish oil
What do you guys take or offer?

Multivitamin OR B-complex
Tumeric
Hydrolyzed Collagen
D3
C (not ascorbic acid)
Glucosamine + Chondroitin
Greens Powder OR Spirulina
NAC
Milk Thistle
DHEA
Calcium
Echinacea + Golden Seal (whenever I feel run down and a bit off I will take a maintenance dose. I use it sparingly, but if I feel a cold or the flu coming on, I take it right away and continue until I am over the illness -- usually 7-10 days).Expect nothing. Live frugally on surprise.
