Question on Protein Powder if it sits frozen

I have been taking Gold Standard 100 Percent Isolate for over a year. The last batch I received has a different taste to it. It tastes slightly weak and almost rancid. Containers were sealed just fine, but they were sitting outside for about 24 hours, as they were shipped to my home. I am wondering if sitting frozen could cause it to go bad or taste different, or if it is generally a bad batch from the factory. Anyone have experience?

Could be a bad batch.
Try contact customer service from where you bought it, and request an exchange if possible?
I only recall one time that I got a bad batch (and it was not from ON).. so it's extremely rare, but still possible

Oh forgot to ask,
Did you get the same flavor? (usually, the vanilla flavors are a bit weird.. IMO)
And what flavor do you prefer from ON? Been ages since I tried them

Flavor is the same. Chocolate Bliss. I had it shipped from GNC. Will request a replacement. I wonder if going through GNC or the manufacturer would be easier.
