    Red face 18 yo and skinnyfat

    As much as I want to lose the fat I currently have, uh- I really want to gain muscle first.

    I’m 152lbs, 5’8”. I started lifting about 3 months ago, so newbie as well!

    I got a MAJOR hourglass figure (big bone genetics, I think).

    My arms are only 13 in. *welp*

    My goal right now is “fill out” my frame with lean mass.

    What should I do? I’ve been eating at maintenance for the past three months.
