Hi everyone,
Myself Prakash. I'm from India. I'm a beginner and it's been just 10 days I have started to workout. My current weight is 85kg, and height is 5'11. I want to lose fat and to get a lean body.
1. I am finding difficulties in deciding which protein powder I should take. Kindly suggest me about the same.
2. Lately, my gym trainer suggested to buy a supplement/protein powder from him.
Name:
COREBOLICS RE-CORE BCAA 450gm (GREEN APPLE)
Brand: COREBOLICS SCIENCE OF ANABOLIC NUTRITION
Link:
I'm not able to provide link here, but the sites I have visited to view details of this product are - Corebolics and Amazon.
I am not sure whether this product will be good as I am not getting enough reviews about it. Please let me know your views.
I really appreciate everyone's input in advance. Thank you very much.

Don't buy any supplements until you get your diet figured out. You don't lose weight because of certain proteins or supplements. You lose weight because you're at a caloric deficit to TDEE. How you get there, by diet, training, or some combination of the two, isn't relevant. Deficit = weight/fat loss.
Meet macros daily within the deficit to TDEE. Protein powder is just convenient powdered food."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

Supplements should be like the last thing on your mind early on. Read the Stickies and get an idea of how to go about weight loss, find a good novice lifting program, and stick to that--once you know what you're doing, and know how to incorporate supplements to help you along, then go for it.
