Smile Some friends to hold me accountable, and a few questions re this forum

    Hi,

I'm finding it difficult to stay motivated during lockdown. My training is getting less and less.

I'm hoping to get some support, and maybe meet some people who want to arrange a time each week to get on skype or whatsapp and train. I've started with a friend and it really helps. We connect at 12pm Sundays. He does his workout using kettlebells, I use my DIY home gym.

Also, is there a diary sort of forum on here?

I have another question re muscle gain and fat loss. How do I build muscle which required more calories without gaining fat back?

    Thanks all,

    :-)

There is a section for journals here:

Maybe this will help you with some ideas for training at home:

It is possible to gain muscle without gaining fat. You just need to eat at maintenance and get enough protein and rest. Your training needs to be on point though - you need to be making consistent progress with the amount of overload your are using - regularly increasing the weight or doing more reps with the same weight.
