The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.

Thursday: Had Patty Smith Burger/ sweet potato fries and Raspberry Swirl milkshake..10/10 devine.. Tiny but perfect size burger....I need some calorie relaxation after good results on Saturday

1 hour got two exercises done. Very annoyed.
Was suppose to be flat dumbbell press day. But not feeling it with late home finish

Saturday: Arms: 2 hours 5-7pm no talking
Got to gym 5pm. Daylight. Talk to Michaela at start.. but music was brutally loud.. then we both into training and never talked again .
Conversations with Jonathon. Otherwise it was hard training with short rests.

22 working setsThe Iron never lies to you.
