I have been doing a core workout I made every day to build strength and look better, but it started to lose its effect and get easy. I would do it 3 times or so:
40 Russian twists
25 situps
12 v-ups
30 bear crunches
45 scissors
40 bicycle crunches
1:15 plank
I was wondering if anyone could suggest harder workouts that they've done or different exercises to substitute in.

Ab wheel rollouts, hanging leg raises, human flag progression planks, l sit progressions, planche progressions. All that chit those calisthenics fuks do on yt is super good for your core, beware of potential hernias tho lol

I generally point and shout 'look over there!'. Then when they're all focused on that I quickly thrash out a set of curls. They don't know what's hit them (except for my finger muscles I used for pointing, I have a separate day for doing finger lifts in my 18 day bro split)
Somehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'
