^^ Truth!
Since when is it acceptable to bully someone into changing some "flaw" about themselves??? I'm sorry that happened to you, Achilles. That should never have happened. But please don't influence these guys by saying bullying (shaming) is the socially acceptable way to motivate someone to change!! Bullying is just abusive.Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.
Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

Yeah, I just checked. I got repilled by some dicks (on another thread) because they believe it's manly to bully online. Say what you want on the streets. Just be nice while you do that.

^^^ A lot of cops grow up in military or cop families. That's the way it is where I'm from anyway. Nothing wrong with that. It's noble.

When I was a kid I was small and weak. Probably why i started lifting later in life. Unfortunately these days most people dont understand how to turn negative comments into positive motivation. Be inspired by insults, dont get offended like a baby. Someone calls you weak, fat, ugly you should do all you can to prove them wrong.

I think bullying is fine to an extent, so long as someone can help guide them through the experience.
It's just another obsacle that people will need to learn to deal with one way or another.
It may as well happen when kids are young and have a steeper learning curve.
Life is not all sunshine and roses and the faster my kid learns to deal with it the better.
Its just another challenge to overcome so a person can develop real self worth, not turn into some coddled snowflake that cries to mommy or the teacher and doesn't take responsibility for themselves.
I didn't play sports, and was homeschooling till third grade. Want to talk about starting from the outside? Being different? I didn't "fit in", and kids up here are rough. They constantly test you. I thank my parents for encouraging me to be my own person. Wouldnt go back and change anything for the world.
