    PMS kills me every month.

The water retention, the appetite, the mood swings... Any advice to help curb appetite? I ruin all progress in that one week before my period.

meal prep and plan out your meals. Ignore weight fluctuations during that time because water bloat. Have a maintainable caloric goal that you can stick to all month

I agree, and pee as much as possible. It's the only way to really de-bloat then!

Yes, and try ginger water. Boil the grated ginger in water and wait for it to cool down. Make sure it must become lukewarm water first and then drink it. This remedy is not only useful for the appetite but also prevents cramps during periods.
