Respectfully, you would have never made it this far.

Education on this particular topic is huge. You won't hold unless you really understand Bitcoin and put yourself in a position that isn't desperate

For anyone who gets it. Btc is going to be the ultimate way to build wealth of the future. You can take a loan on your btc. Use the money to buy assets that produce for you. Use the interest from those assets to pay loan off. In the end you keep your btc and have free assets. Plus you can loan your btc through block fi and earn 6% on it. So many crazy ways to make money in the future. Idk how people aren’t fully in yet.

Its just pumped from the mini dump a few hours before to a new ATH near $34k.

PimpmasterC getting repeatedly liquidated shorting BTC lmfao.

He'll pretend he took profits but it's a lie, no one takes profits from a 3% dump lmfao unless they are literally living in a tin shack and have no material possessions (in which case they have already lost).

You’re pretty much just using btc as collateral to take a loan. So if you default company pockets your btc. The lend the money and make money on the interest. But essentially if you do it right you can buy assets with it and use that interest to pay your loan off. Pretty simple imo.

This whole thing is so funny lol,

Literally just leverage and people act like it is some gurus hidden technique, not understanding you could do the same with just about any security.

Never seen so many people so obsessed with promoting 'investing' when they don't even understand it. Zombies hyping it up because they've all invested their money into something and so badly want a get rich quick, like people who buy lottery tickets.

Acting as if they even own a full BTC. Chill m8s your $150 worth of BTC you bought when it was at $25k went up 33%, the $49 profit you made doesn't make you the next wolf on wallstreet. Small/medium cap stocks do this every fcking day idgaf about your imaginary money.

Add on maintenance costs, leasing costs, tax on income, property taxes etc.

Boomers love estate because they brought a house in the 70s/80s for $20,000, imported the entire third world and sold it in the 2000s for $500,000. That ship has sailed

In just about every country of the world, there are huge tax incentives for investing in real estate. That's why it's loved by investors. I have just enough to pay my bills, optimize incentives, and not let it be too much of a hassle.
