It's fast and easy, just as today's society demands things.

This is the reality. Sadly though, there are many that think that powdered food is magic muscle fertilizer and a necessity.
If you need the help meeting your macro, pick a powder that fits your macros and budget and you like the taste. Avoid collagen or collagen-based powders."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
