Not always, there are many men, usually gay ones, who don't have muscular builds. I know a lot of twinks who are dudes but have feminine features for some reason, or their masculine features are VERY minimum. Small builds and soft face, even softer voices. Now if these dudes started actively trying to look like women it might take more than just a quick glance to realize its a dude.

This is not 100% true - I had a client who was trans but had fully transitioned from male to female. Had a really good body, fake breasts, a proper looking downstairs even. You would never have known she used to be a man. When she told me I was actually floored because I would have nailed her in a heartbeat. She looked like a really hot woman, and had all the parts.

I remember meeting a tranny IRL. In his/her photos, she looked like a solid 8-9/10. When I saw her/him in real life, he/she looked like a man in a wig.

The worst part was they were wearing 10 gallons of perfume. So not only did it look like a man in a wig, but it was a man in a wig that smelled like a nuclear flower explosion.

He/she also had a very deep voice but was trying to hide it.

Was going to bang, but nope nope noped out of there. That was my first and last tranny experience.

The good looking ones are usually hookers or cam whores. If you ask a trans girl why she’ll tell you that it’s because of discriminatory hiring practices that make it harder for trans people to find work. But the ugly trans girls I’ve known were able to find legit work so idk if that’s a real reason. Gender dysphoria is a mental illness and when it reaches that extreme it usually accompanies addiction and other risk taking behavior like prostitution.
