    Thumbs up Weightlifting App

I was wondering if there was any interest in a good app for weightlifting/Bodybuilding. Right now the apps available are lacking.
The app I was thinking about would give you a 5 days of workouts (Chest, Shoulders, Back, Arms, Legs) for the week. Then on Sunday new exercises would be setup for each workout.
You would never have exactly the same workout twice.

The workouts would be geared to age 35+ as that is where I am.

    Any thoughts?

The Fitbod app on iOS is already an excellent solution for this (android version sucks).

I use JE Fit and love it.

It's a free app (I think there is a pay version).

I use it for the customization it allows for workout routines. It has an extensive library of exercises as well.

I know there are some premade workouts on the app but I've never used them.

It’s not perfect by any means, but it’s a useful tool.

If you’re just looking for tracking workouts (not generating them), then I’d say Strong is a much better app. But with a few tweaks, FitBod generates some good sessions and drives progression reasonably well.
