Bonus points if you know of one without any psychiatric drug interactions.

Out of informed members on this forum he was gonna be your best bet to site research. I would have to agree with him on this one too.
Aside from that if you are on a prescription best to ask a doctor not random people on a website._____________________________________

Your safest option might be Nitrosigine https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5133120/ which can double as a pump supplement, cheapest option would be ALCAR
My secret? Texting between sets.

I bought some Nitrosigine and ran it for 3 days. I feel maybe a little more “in the zone” during my first lift of the session, but it seems to wear off after that. No additional pumps to speak of, but I’m already taking about 10g Citrulline, so...

I’m really surprised that happened, given that l-carnitine has been studied for the treatment of epilepsy (without conclusive evidence though)... I guess that I can only assume, but my seizures had been well-controlled for a while and I’d begun supplementing a few days prior to the event. I’d had no other changes in medication, supplementation, or diet/sleep/stress at all. Needless to say it’s not worth experimenting to find out for sure.
