Best appetite suppressant to kill appetite?

So I know there are a lot of threads on this but most of them recommend DMAA's which seem to be really hard to get now/ might be illegal? I can't really tell, anyways I've been trying to cut for a while now but I have a really hard time controlling my appetite. I've done all the basic things such as drink water, high protein diet, etc. I've also done an EC stack for two weeks now at the full dosage of 25 mg ephedrine 200 mg caffeine 3x day but the appetite suppressant effect is gone already. Also even when the effects were there they weren't that strong. What do you all recommend for really good appetite suppressants? Thank you!

The ideal way is to do like the above said but if you need that edge to kill your appetite I'd recommend norcodrene or furian.

Yep, dieting plain ole sucks, you just have to deal with it.

I'm surprised that the EC stack has worn off/wasn't that strong for you. Taken long term it still kills my appetite. Additionally, you could look into Axis Labs Synthalean or Animal Cuts, both also destroy my appetite.

x2. If EC stack didn't help or already isn't helping, sounds like you may be in too much of a caloric deficit. If that's the case, it's not likely any supplement will help. Try other methods like what was stated above already which is chugging water and eating a lot of veggies when you feel hunger coming on.

Supplement wise, my go-to's have always been EC stack, Roxylean, and Super-HD. EC stack is the strongest imo of any fat burner, so again, if that's not working you likely won't find anything supplement wise to help.

PX ultra by Finaflex seems to illicit a strong appetite suppression according to the loggers running it here and other forums.

If youre still on EC, make sure none of the appetite suppressants you'd be taking have no stims in them (caffeine) or it could go bad. So if they do, skip a caffeine dose if you take the appetite suppressant at the same time, and maybe cut back on the ephedrine to see how your body reacts to it with the ephedrine (ie try the appetite suppressant alone at first , then try with 8mg ephedrine and if youre fine then work your way back up with it)

Hmmm..... I'm taking Bronkaid right now will mix it up and see. Thing for me is like anything I develop a tolerance. The only thing that ever truly killed my appetite, I became addicted to and I wont get on that pony ever again. Not worth it.

Nutrabolics thermal xtc(currently BOGO + carnibolic is a great stack for thermo/appeite control..also taste is amzing so helps with the sweet-tooth..

It is a prescription stimulant that people use during finals in college. Nothing is worth going down that road if you have an addictive personality. For me ECA is about as strong as a stim as I am willing to go as addiction is no joke. There was a supplement that was briefly legal and then illegal as it was well, once you tried it I was like WTF did I just relapse? I'm happy it is no longer available. Really Sara what you gotta do is diet and exercise. Diet is the biggest issue in results. It sucks. I know. I wish there was an easier way. Even the guys and gals who are fitness models and take a ton of illegal things have their diet in check. Without diet all the drugs in the world will not help. Food is the most anabolic item anyone has.

Said so many times already but I just got really into herbal teas. I am drinking a Chocolate Banana Foster blend from Teavana and it's heavenly Also a blend called Forever Nuts from Davids Tea. I put in some zero calorie sweetener and a splash of almond milk for like 20 calories and it basically feels like I'm drinking lattes ALL DAY

like others, for some reason any hot drink will have the appetite suppression effect for me. dont know the science behind it, just know that it works.
