Here we go!
2020 was a tough year but many of us pressed onward towards;
THE SHREDZ, THE SHREDZ, THE SHREDZ!
Let's make it happen!
BE INSPIRED!
Some notables from the 2020 crew.
Some tips;
DO NOT start out with a predetermined weight at which you will acquire The Shredz ..this will doom you to failure.
The scale is a help to let you know that the weight is coming off.
Use the mirror and pictures as your final guide to acquiring The Shredz.
You are fatter than you think.
You have less muscle than you think.
Be disciplined with your diet.
Be disciplined with your training.
If you fall off the diet one day. Get back on it the next.
Focus on the result, acquiring The Shredz.
You will see yourself shrinking.
Others will see you growing.
(The Shredz appearing with those gnarly veins.)
It's an illusion but hey it works.

She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

In for the gangbang
Lol seriously though I'm in. Right now I'm 240lbs and I want to get down to 160lbs. I'm 5'3 and my waist is currently 42in. Want to get down to a 34in waist so I can wear any kind of clothing I desire without my weight getting in the way of being able to do so.
Went back to the gym last week and will keep going and preservering. Even after im done my cut im going to keep improving upon my physique. Glad I have muscle memory from powerlifting back in the day. I'll grow as I cut. Yeah buddy!Training Log:

In on this ****, cant wait.
Imma beat my last year's physique"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I fell off with 2020. Gonna try to get back to where I was and better. Please help me come up with an easy diet to follow brahs
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.
