Unhappy Loose skin? how can i avoid it?!

    Hi guys I'm Abhishek
I'm 19 and I'm looking to lose weight and get "ripped"
But I'm scared of getting loose skin
    I'm about 210 and 5.6foot!

I don't know anything about getting fit
I really don't have anyone to talk to about this because I'm insecure and scared
I'm hoping anyone here can help me!
    Have a nice day!

You're young so the skins natural elasticity should keep you from having any loose skin, you are not too overweight either really. If you were pushing 300 or so than loose skin would be more of an issue.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
    1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Go to the nutrition section and the exercise sections of this forum and read the threads 'stickied' to the top, they cover all of the basics you need as far as nutrition and routine go. You can then post any specific questions you have from there.

It doesn't seem like you'll need to lose a lot of weight to be ripped. (I would have to lose at least 100 pounds to do so, which would definitely leave me with loose skin; however, you'd probably need to lose 30-50 pounds, which generally does not leave much.)

    Hope this helps!
