Two choices:
1) End it now and walk away while you are less emotionally invested.
2) Keep going with her and risk a) becoming more emotionally invested and hurt when she leaves or b) Her breaking things off and dumping you before that.

3 months is the normal life cycle for a casual dating relationship. It takes that long to realize that after the initial physical attraction, you don't actually have that much in common or that you don't particularly like the other person.
