    Fat burners

    Any “good” ones out there? Was thinking of picking something up for a fat lose routine I’m starting.

    I know about forskolin, any others?

    Fat burners themselves don't burn fat.
    They assist when you rev up your metabolism with training and or cardio.
    I wouldn't take them unless i was doing one or the other.
    The most basic is caffeine.
    You can buy caffeine capsules, drink a strong coffee or combine the two right before activity.
    Be aware with any stimulant your body becomes use to the effects and it's helpful if your looking for a boost in energy.
    Also you should be on some sort of diet below base calories to be most effective.

    fair enough. I’m doing a weightlifting and cardio routine. Diet is set, just looking for something to help push things along a bit more. Something preferable without caffeine as that makes my anxiety worse

    As far as i am aware all fat burners are stimulants. If you suffer from bad anxiety i am not sure if far burners are for you.
