Hey back in the day I used to always workout in the morning when I wake up before college or work , in past two years and on going I'm nightshift. I tried for 3 months going gym after work doing some various splits or only two days in the week , however last month I've tried to workout before work and I've end up with the flu / cold now -,-"
can anybody recommend from their experience what splits/workouts plan they used after working nightshift ?

The same you used before, just done after work instead of before...
