Don’t know of a single other asset you can’t insure
Bc value goes up as people lose it, corrupt it, forget codes, have it stolen, fuk up transferring it etc etc.
Since I’m certain to be one of those, I’ve never been tempted to buy one, and never will.

I was trying to run miners on my cpu in 2010-2011 and got partially through setting it up but abandoned it. back then people were buying $300 video cards and running miners for a few months to break even and get a "free" video card. idk what it would be worth now if i had $200 in bitcoin from 2011 but it would be a chit ton

I have exposed bitcoin for the chit it is a dozen times. The arguments I´m getting in return are always, you so salty, poor and low IQ.
Lol at calling me low IQ when I clearly havee the deeper arguments. My IQ is way above most btc holders. I´m not salty because I miss out on money. I´m salty because a literal chit project is having so much success. It just says where we stand as a society. I thought BTC would go up in the last few months, but I didn´t buy it. Because I´m not into supporting pyramid scheme like chitcoins with no usecases.
I have bodied btc here and no one has defeated the arguments yet. Btc is fudamentally flawed, is doomed to fail and promoted as it´s gonna change the world and go up forever. That is a scam in my eyes. Furthermore, bitcoin hinders innovation, promotes greed and stupidity and support clown world. Bitcoin also support the elites goal because it takes attention away from real good projects. You low IQ stupid monkeys can´t think any longer than to the next dollar in front of your face. You are playing into the elites hands and giving them more control. Either you don´t realize this or you don´t care. Either way, your dumb for not seeing the bigger picture, and you contribute to the decline of human society, while LYING and PRETENDING you want the best for human society. Fukk off dirty lying hypocrites. I fukkin hate greedy hypocrites.
I´m smarter than all of you bitcoin phags combined. You shouldn´t open your mouth and shill bitcoin talking about how it´s great unless you have put in hundreds of hours of reserch on both the flaws and strenghts. If you open your mouth regardless, you´re just a sleazy sales man spreading misinformation.
Bitcoin supporters have just surface level arguments with no depth or analysis behind them. Bitcoin has turned into a cult and you´re all brainwashed cult members. You just have to keep shilling it, or else it starts declining. You are all blinded by profit and greed which comes prior to perception, instead of doing whats right. And then the low iq person comes and calls me low iq for not supporting a scam. Fukkin clowns
This is all a sign of the times we´re living in. Kali Yuga/extreme greed and lust for gambling and profit. It´s gonna end in disaster, and you guys fuel it. Don´t complain when society declines then.Last edited by PimpMasterC; 12-26-2020 at 11:28 AM.

Why would I need it?
It’s gone from a fraction of a cent to thousands, even if it now went to 500k it wouldn’t compare to the return from 2010 to 2017.
They guy who had a hundred coins ten years ago wishes it was a thousand. I only took 70% of a stock option I was entitled to, wish it was 100%.. so what, you know how much time I spend thinking about it? Zero.
Idiot shills like Sommi are all I need to run the other way.Berties 2020 results, 2021 nominations

I completely disagree. I am ignorant on this subject but I’ll bite.
Firstly your entire argument is just calling people stupid and ignorant and we only have a surface argument.
Previously the back up for fiat or dollars were gold. Gold is very difficult to break up or portion or even transfer to another location. So it’s almost impossible to use as a currency. Dollars on the other hand will fail. Same with any fiat. Fiats have failed every single time in history. And with how much the US is printing and inflating the dollar it is expediting that process.
Bitcoin is easily transferable, can be broken up, and can easily replace currency that is inflating.
The value of bitcoin will only increase with how PayPal and other big companies will start accepting Bitcoin as a payment.
Any other fellow bitcoiners want to cihip

All those usecases can be covered by stablecoins as well. And using gold as a currency is jsut as easy. Only click of a button and your ownership of that gold will be trasnfers to someone else. Not decentralized yet, but that will come as well. I´m not chitting on all cryptos, but btc is terrible and not userfriendly, and doomed to fail. It´s fundamentally flawed. Choosing bitcoin as the main cryptocurrency is exactly what the elites want, because bitcoin is not a threat.
Gold is much more stable. Better to use as a currency and store of value, but people like speculatiing on something that can make them rich. Bitcoin is only driven by greed.

Pretty much this.
You won't see Banks buying bitcoin to replace gold.
The alternative is that bitcoin and crypto becomes it's own asset class. Bitcoin has the huge advantage rn as the first mover and so it has the majority of the market. This isn't to say it will prevail in the future.
I highly doubt that sophisticated investors see bitcoin has a long term hold, and more as a speculative trade.

Most people are meant to be wagecels. There will be a large grouup who make sht tons of money but outside of that it's your traditional whales who will hold reap the benefits as usual in emerging tech
That process is already starting. For those who are still doubting this go ahead and Google firms like greyscale, microstrategy, mass mutual, fidelity investments, skybridge capital, paypal, square, etc. And the list gets longer every day
We are going to get to a point where it will be considered financially irresponsible for a company to not have a position in btc. Esp with how the value of the dollar will continue to tank.
There are 21 mil total btc
3 mill believed to be lost
Grayscale owns over 500k btc and will own 1mil of it by end of January
If you know anything about supply /demand, then you might want to think this through before you call it a scam. This isn't the US dollar , there is no printing of btc.Last edited by Trapstar4.4; 12-26-2020 at 12:53 PM.
