    Thoughts on Program to Help with Strongman and Athleticism

    I am coming off a powerlifting routine, so I wanted to avoid the SBD competition lifts and do some different stuff. Also, I’m trying to get a little more athletic and well rounded. I tried to throw in a handful of strongman movements. I may have a rest day after every third lifting day.
