    Anyone doing Candito Strength/Hypertrophy

    I'm interested in seeing what you do for the optional exercises?

    I'm going to start it Saturday with the Hypertrophy portion 1st.

    Also what are you using for the weight ranges? I'll go back and look through to see if there is a % of max that should be used for the hyper and heavy workouts.

    When I used to run the 6 week (very similar format) I'd do leg press, ham curl, pec deck, straight arm lat pulldown. Unilateral leg work is also good: split squats, lunges, 1 leg RDL. Could also do arms and shoulders for upper hypert.

    There isn't any percent of max, just stay within RPE 8-9 for the main movements and 7-9 for the accessories.

    The only bone "issues" you will get is strong, durable, dense bones that don't break easily and will see you through old age without succumbing to osteoporosis...
