I listened to a podcast in March explaining how they got it under control.

Mandatory testing (ie temperature) in all public places. Every day before you go to work, or enter a store, or go to school, etc your temperature is taken.

If you have a fever, you *will* report immediately to a testing facility.

If you test positive, you *will* go to a government sponsored isolation camp.

You *will* wear a mask in public

They probably have some cases, but because they are able to control their population they can eliminate outbreaks.

So, you either have these losses of freedoms, or you have a busted economy with half measure restrictions that seem to make little sense
