L-Arginine or Citrulline ... or EVL Pump Mode (or similar product) ...

i am currently using EVL L-Arginine in the morning with my pre-workout. I also take it in the evening before bed. I feel tight most of the time. I've tried Signature Series L-citrulline previously .... Liked the pill aspect with the L-Arginine. Just wondering if I'm missing something that may bring about better results. Just wondering. Happy holidays everyone!

    Matt,

Have you tried Nitrosigine yet? I've used it many times and I feel its much better than L-Arginine or Citrulline even at higher doses.

Nitrosigine® is a patented complex of bonded arginine silicate that is scientifically engineered to deliver benefits essential to peak sports performance. Nitrosigine is a powerful and safe non-stimulant ingredient that has been clinically studied for safety and efficacy in 30 studies. The use of Nitrosigine has been shown to promote nitric oxide (NO) production for improved blood flow1, focus, and energy2

Citrulline helps with the production of arginine. So that's why you often see them together in supplements. that said I'm not aware of any clinical research one is better than another in terms of NO production.

Just ordered it - unflavored. Will stack with my pre-workout. Actually got a great deal - BOGO - on another website. ;-) Looking forward to seeing what happens. Let's please keep in touch, if you don't mind. Have a great holiday and new year.
