What it really takes to achieve actual progress past the newbie stage is HARDCORE dedication and suffering, anybody who claims otherwise is calling OP fake natty.
Its just sad that a lot of you are hating on OP because you don't push yourself past your limits year after year.
Look this is embarrassing but up until only recently I started pressing 75s for reps and rowing with 95s, (dumbbells obviously) Because I kept telling myself "I'm going to hurt myself, I'm not strong enough" and now my gains are sky rocketing again. I'll be pressing 95s by the end of Jan. I'm 35, by 51 I can't imagine how many gains I will have accumulated.
Stop being weak guys! Start believing in yourselves more, no homo.FS/ S/ OHP/ B/ DL
